Very happy. When I arrived in Tokyo I couldn't activate my eSIM because of a mistake on my end. I contacted PlanJapan on WhatsApp. Quick, efficient reply. Thanks a lot. No hesitation in recommending them.

This is my second trip to Japan with PlanJapan and I'm just as happy as the first time! The team responds quickly whenever we run into installation trouble or have questions, and the network works just as well in the cities as in the countryside. I can only recommend them!

I used the unlimited eSIM for 15 days. Nothing to fault — I was also able to reach the team easily about a slow connection and everything was sorted out quickly.

PlanJapan has a wonderful team who stay available for any problem. The eSIM is delivered within minutes. Top-notch customer service. Friends who went to Japan only had good things to say. And with no incentive at all, I'm doing the same. You can trust them.
