Once the eSIM is installed, it almost always comes down to two roaming settings. Check them in 30 seconds:

Installation interrupted? Don't worry.
If you got cut off during the eSIM installation or setup, it's fine: in most cases the eSIM is already installed on your phone. You just need to enable the options directly in Settings — the two settings below.
