Digital products and right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
“the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the performance of which has begun after the consumer’s express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.”
By validating your order and receiving your eSIM instantly or automatically, you expressly accept the immediate execution of the service and waive any right of withdrawal .
Device Compatibility
Before purchasing an eSIM, it is the customer's responsibility to check the compatibility of their device (model, software version, operator, etc.) with eSIMs.
⚠️ No refund will be issued if the eSIM cannot be activated due to incompatibility with the customer's device .
We provide clear information and links to lists of compatible devices. If in doubt, please contact our support before purchasing .
Partial activation or improper use
Activation of an eSIM (even partial) constitutes consumption of the service , and no refund will be possible once the data has been provided or the card scanned.
Likewise, no refund will be made in the event of installation errors, improper handling, or if the customer does not follow the instructions provided.
